At AEL Data , we are equipped with the latest high speed scanning equipment and our scanning services are probably one of the lowest cost services you will ever find. We are capable of scanning bound books & newspapers and large format drawings from A1 size. We can Securely transport the paper documents to any of our digitization centers in New York, NY Portland, OR or India or we can set up an on site digitization center in client premises.

We will scan 150 to 1200 DPI true colour, B&W or grayscale, TIFF , JPG or GIF formats. Scanned files will be indexed as per requirement and sent via FTP or burnt on to CD, DVD or magnetic optical disks for On-Demand retrieval. All scanning practices are strictly in accordance with BIP0008 – Code of Practice on Legal Admissibility of electronic documents and Evidential Weight of Information and ISO 27001 (Information Security management Systems).
